Honestly don't even know what style I would attempt this in, but curious if anyone has any pointers in using a plant such as a lantana in beer. I love the way it smells and think it could bring some great aromatics to a brew.

I think the best pointer may be not to use it at all. I was under the understanding that its quite poisonous but you may want to confirm that but look into it before you go ahead and use.

Totally agree as above. Before using any non-standard ingredient in something you will ingest, you should do lots of research on its toxicity and side-effects.
Alternately, if you like the idea of floral or herbal beer, there are several commercial examples and lots of postings on here for recipes. Whether its a using Scottish Heather for a Froach, juniper for a Sathi, or Bog Myrtle for a gruit, there are lots of tested recipes & ingredients out there.
I also wound not rule out a beer using some of the more floral/herbal hops varieties out there.
