Hello everyone. I'm new to home-brewing. Started with partial mash brewing and brewed 2 beers so far. American Blonde and American Wheat. (In fact I'm drinking my blonde as I'm writing this and it's really good.) I'm also young (22) so I'm into experimenting with different brews and will probably be asking lots of questions on the forum. I hope I don't irritate you guys too much.

Now for the important part. I love both German and Belgian beers. I love real Hefeweizen and Saison. My favorite breweries are Weihenstephaner and Ommegang. and my favorite beers are Vitus and Korbinian. And Ommegang's Hennepin and Abbey ale respectively.

Well that's enough about me. I hope to be a good addition to the forum.
