Uffda, Well My Uncle introduced me to brewing beer and I've been at it now for the better part of a decade. Mostly Kits to be fair however I'm starting to branch out the last couple years, trying some custom brews and dabbled a bit with Wines, Meads & Ciders. a Bit much for solo research at times so I stumbled in, hopefully to get some questions answered when needed & perhaps answer a few when I am able to do so.

You landed at a great spot. I've found lots of great advice here myself and try to help others if I can. I just brew beer but have been doing it since around 1985, ten gallon all grain batches mostly from recipes I have developed.
