So I did a bit of a SMaSH recipe with Beersmith with the intention of it being a IPA. I fermented for a month, let it carb for three weeks and took the first sample last night.
It doesn't really taste all that hoppy. I was looking for a good old sinus buster of an IPA and this just tastes moderately hoppy at best.
Now that it's in the keg and carbing is it advisable to try and dry hop? I have a party this Saturday and would like to see if I can get this beer to where I want it to be by then.
Thanks!
