I have been out of the homebrewing game for a few years. I am finishing up a 50 amp panel and looking to buy kettles for my new set up. I'm thinking a 1/2 barrel system for now. In the past I have used polar ware kettles for 5 gallon batches, then upgraded to keggles for 10 gallon batches. What would be the best option for my new system? I'm leaning towards getting spike kettles. Any advice?
