Well I got a corny keg but still waiting to buy the kegerator equipment. I was wondering if the Beer can go into the corny for storage until I can buy the equipment? It has been in the fermenter for 2 weeks and I want to get it out of there so I can brew up another batch!

Absolutely. Just treat is like your secondary fermenter. In fact, if you have to age it for a few weeks still, why don't you throw your corn sugar in there and carb naturally? You'll get a little sediment on the first glass or so from the additional fermentation but you'll save gas.
