Got a random question. I've got a pre-carbed keg ( 50 degs , 15 psi so approx 2.3 C02 based on standard carb charts). I'm going to need to use the pre carbing/chilling fridge...so the is going to need to come out.
If I take the keg out and disconnect the C02, I would expect dissolved CO2 to drop a little while the pressure in the headspace to increase. After when I cool it back down, assuming it was properly carbed before, I would assume the C02 would redissolve back into suspension (maybe over a week or so)...
Is my brain on straight?
