Kegged Beer Lifespan?

So I have stepped up my kegged\tapped beer program since I started brewing and here is my question. How long do your beers usually last in the keg before they start to lose their flavor?

I have 2 beers on tap now with a little over a month on them. I have noticed the Oktoberfest that I kegged the week before Thanksgiving is losing it's flavor a bit (it is almost gone, maybe a couple pints left in the keg).

What has been your experience?

Depends on the beer.

Hops lose their bite and aroma after a while, but the beer will be good indefinitely. It's just a big beer bottle. Avoid temp swings and you'll be fine.
