I have two questions. I have a mini fridge that can hold two corny kegs but I am getting more than two kegs. If i have a beer that is fully carbed and on tap, how long would it stay good if I took it out of the mini fridge and just put it in my room?

Also, if there is a keg left over from the night before (sanke keg that had a pump tap) how should I go about putting it in the kegerator?

Think of a keg as just a big bottle. Beer in a sealed keg will last as long as beer in the bottle, whether in the fridge or not. I would try to empty the commercial keg pretty quick. If it was on a hand pump it will get oxygenated pretty fast. There are conversion kits you can by that make swapping out home brew connectors and connectors for commercial taps fast and easy.
