Just finished bottling my FIRST batch

Evening Brewers,

With the help of this website, a darn easy recipe kit and brew kit, I've bottled my first batch of beer, an Irish Red. I had a taste, and I must say, it's pretty awesome.

The hubs & I just brewed our first Bock last Monday. It's in almost day 7 of fermentation and we are close to bottling! I am excited!!
Cannot wait until my next brew!!

I just bottled my first batch last night. Also an Irish Red. Tasted a bit like flat killians, which is exactly the way it's supposed to. 3 weeks can't get here soon enough. Cheers.
