Just brewed a sweet stout. Ran out of gas for.my burner with 10 mins left in my boil time ughhhh hope its not a big deal. My OG was 1.056.

I've ran out at at 15 min befor, turned out fine

Must be a bad day for stouts. Just finished my double oatmeal stout and the gas petered out at the last couple of minutes.

Crazy thread. I brewed a Black IPA yesterday and the gas started petering out with 5 min left, right when I threw in the last hop additions! Ugh! No biggie I guess.

I think this is the beer gods way of saying have a backup tank on hand for brew days! Speaking of which someday soon I really should go out and pick up a second tank as I think I just now cursed myself to run out of gas on my next brew day.

I hear you on this brother. Well its been 2 days since i brewed and the yeasties going to town. I used Wyeast London Ale III #1318.
