Last night I couldn't sleep, so I decided to bottle my first cider. An apple pomegranate 9.5% cider. From the taste of the gravity reading, it will taste lovely once carbed up. Cannot wait!
Thanks for everyone's help.

I like my pomegranate cinders to age a bit longer than my normal cinders. It will smooth out that's first bite more.

Thank you. Wish me luck! Gonna crack it when my sister comes over. See what 3 days of carbing has done.

I used 5 little bottles and three or four big bottles, so i am gonna probably age the big bottles and see what happens. If it was any good, i might make a bigger batch next time. The taster i had when i was testing it, was pretty nice! Quite a bit of alcohol bite, but i expected that.
