I brewed a Stone IPA clone and it went crazy in the fermenter for 5 1/2 days. On the 6th day I went to take a look at the progress and noticed little pools of yeast colored blobs on the top. So just as a refresher of what I have read in the past I am assuming that these are in fact just yeasties chillin on top. does this sound right to anybody else?
