I have a 5.2 cubic foot chest freezer along with a Johnson a419 controller. I'm having issues keep the fermenter at a particular temp.
Currently I have 1 5 gallon carboy and 2 1 gallon jugs in there. All 3 are full of water, as I'm trying to get this down before I put beer in there.
I've tried all different things and let it sit for 15+ hours.
Trying to figure out how to keep the vessel around 62 degrees. I've tried all kinds of things with temperature and using the differential setting on the A419.
Can you please let me know how you set yours up to maintain the temp you want?
