I have a brew that has been going for 10 days now and it still has about an inch and a half of krausen on top of it. I used the wyeast 1332-northwest activator. I didnt see anything about it on their website so I wasnt sure. I just took my blow off tube off and put the airlock on and man does that thing smell good.
