Is this Igloo repairable?

Looks like I overtightened the weldless fitting... Maybe some JB weld or discard it?

It is a spare anyway as I am switching to a keggle HLT.

Normally, that wouldn't be funny, but it happened to me too.

Hate to say it, but get a new one. I tried everything that I knew; epoxy, jbweld, aquarium sealant.

Can't you try patching the entire whole with a small sheet of plastic and a good glue? Some plastic glues basically melt the plastics together. Then drill a new hole some where else. You've got nothing to lose (other than a few bucks for glue)

If you can figure out the plastic you can mend it.

I've used Aquamend Epoxy (paint dept, glue bay home depot) and it sticks to HDPE buckets. Same plastic as fermenter buckets. I'm not sure what the liners are in your cooler. Might want to email the company and ask.

I actually epoxied in an electric heating element in a 15 gallon plastic barrel.
