Is this Carapils?

I have a bag of grain which I think is Carapils, based on a label which is loose next to it. There also is a loose 2-row label. Is there an easy way to tell if the grain is Carapils?

Eat some. If it's Carapils, it will taste neutral (a little grainy) and will be very glassy/crunchy/hard.
