Guys is this normal? It's a belgium tripple. It has been sitting in the secondary for probably 3 months. Is the stuff ontop yeast or mold... I don't think it will be bad because its supposed to be 12% what do u guys think.

Does it have hair growing from it? Mold likes to get fuzzy. Cant really see them very well but its probably just yeast. If it starts to spead and get worse then its most likely an infection. Most likely nothing to worry about especially at Tripple Alcohol Levels

looks fine. i hope all that headspace was purged with CO2 tho, otherwise theres way too much oxygen in there

I'm sure its.fine... It finished fermenting in the.secondary. so I'm sure.it.was nature filled with co2

im confused, why'd you rack it if it was still fermenting? unless you're racking onto fruit or something, there should be very lil if any fermentation going on in a secondary, its just meant for clearing/aging.
