So, I built an eKeggle with a 240V 5500W element controlled by an Auber 2352. 3 batches in and I love it!

However, I'm starting to think about small batch eBIAB, but only if I don't have to make a whole new controller.

So, here's the thing: my old propane rig has a 7.5gal kettle, but it's only 11" across. I'd like to do 2.5gal batches. Is there a good 240V (so I can still use the same controller) element that will fit my needs?

the element really isn't the issue IMO. the big problem is element placement so that it is covered,

It's a flat-bottom kettle and narrow, so I should have no problem submerging the element in 1-1.5 gallons. Fitting the element in an 11" diameter pot does seem to be my main concern. Anyone using a pot with similar diameter?
