i'd rather not get the liquid yeast to save on some money, this is gonna be my first all grain recipe. Will the taste still be similar if I use the danstar nottingham yeast? thanks

I just started drinking a brown made with Nottingham. I liked it so much, I brewed another batch the next day. The beer is clean tasting.

FYI. My brown went from 1.054 to 1.012 in 3 days at 62 degrees, so it is good in cooler temps too.
