I brewed a Maize n Cream Ale on Jan 30:
6.6 lbs Pilsner LME
1/2 lb Flaked Corn
1lb Crystal 10
1/2 lb Munich
1lb sugar
1oz Tettnanger @ boil
US-05

OG: 1.06

On Feb 7 it was 1.016
To secondary on Feb 12; about the same
Bottled on Feb 20 and it was 1.03

Is that possible or did I just stay up too late?

The FG shouldn't go up unless you took the reading after adding priming sugar. That would only raise it a few points, not 14. Likely one of your readings was wrong

I used a hydro.

Maybe my problem is in sampling. My OG sample comes off the top right before I add yeast. My FG sample comes from the bottom of the carboy after I siphoned off for bottling. I'd wait a minute to let things settle but still...Could it be...?
