Yeah it sounded like that to me too. He seemed a bit Nixonian too in that he was like I wanna tell you the truth but I just can't yet...

I think the citizens should petition a bill that clearly states: "NO POLITICIAN IS ALLOWED TO OPEN HIS/HER MOUTH UNLESS THEY ARE HOOKED UP TO A LIE DETECTOR OR TRUTH METER (SHOULD THEY EXIST)"...

I think he had to pause the first time he said he'd done nothing wrong to prevent himself from vomiting. I know I appreciate the pause so I could choke back the gore rising in my throat. As a state employee, my co-workers and I have had to bear the brunt of this man's accusations of wrong-doing from day one of his administration. Needless to say we have relished his fall from grace. I cannot wait to hear the lamentations of his woman.
