I've always added Irish moss to my wort(amount depending on beer), to help "settle" my beer. But this last batch I spaced and forgot. Do I need to worry about off flavors? Is there a way to correct this?

I have forgotten and couldn't tell you if I noticed in the end. I use time too so I probably couldn't.

It may not be as clear as before, but it depends a lot on what else you do to help make your beer clear, such as crash cooling, gelatin, etc.

But as far as off flavors, no. It won't make any difference in the flavor.

I find that gelatin works better than irish moss for me. I have done none, one or the other, and both, and have not noticed real differences between any of them.

Irish moss only affects clarity not taste. there will be no difference in taste what so ever from forgetting the moss.
