What do you all think? Most hops I've ever put in a beer I think, close to a pound per 5 gallons... Splitting the batch between US-04 and US-05. Two packs a piece.

Looks great. Couple years ago I brewed something very similar with US-05 that turned out fantastic. I didn't brew it at a time of year I could get Nugget Nectar, but I think it really came out better than the real deal. I also used a pale ale water profile for this with 120-130ppm Calcium, 60-70ppm chloride and 280-300ppm sulfate.

Thanks for the response, that recipe looks eerily similar!

I’m thinking I might have gone a tad overboard with the hops but I had/have a bunch in the freezer so why not use em up!? Just wish I had more Nugget, I think I’d rather dry hop with that instead of the Cascade.
