I've come upon a most troublesome situation, I have acquired a pound each of whole amarillo, citra, columbus and chinook + legacy and belma pellets (new varieties from hopsdirect)
Having such a sudden abundance of these popular varieties, I feel like the appropriate thing to do, is to throw them all together & see what happens :D

My initial thoughts for a 5.5 gal DIPA-
(1.091 OG)

16 lb pale malt
1.5 lb crystal 120
1 lb wheat malt
1 lb dextrine

2 oz columbus or chinook @ 60min ~80 ibu (best choice for bittering?)

Then thought I would take an ounce of each, mix them all together and divide them equally for additions at-
30min
15min
10min
5min
dry hop

Has anyone tried using any of these varieties in combination? My first concern is that some of the more intense ones will overpower the more subtle and I'll be wasting some delicious hops
Perhaps cutting back to 1/2oz or so on the citra/columbus/chinook late additions? I'm sure I'll drink whatever happens but any opinions would be quite welcome
