I am using Bru'n Water spreadsheet and recognize the different malt types. Where can I find a list of what is included in the different types for proper designation in the spreadsheet? "Base, toasted, roasted, crystal, adjuncts, etc?

Cell B4 in the Mash Acidification sheet has a comment which gives a quick summary per malt type:
