Just wondering if anyone thinks this might be infected. Smells fine and has the typical color of yeast. I just don't think I've ever seen that amount of material floating post fermentation.

Fermented for 2 weeks with WLP566 at 68-70. The characteristics say it's medium flocculation, looks like more than medium to me though

Um...that looks infected

But I could be wrong. I've never seen that after 2 weeks with my fermentations.

Well, there's definitely yeast rafts, there could be an infection but I see no obvious signs.

I've seen it plenty of times and questioned it initially, many people informed me it's just yeast rafts. Never had a batch that looks like this turn out anything other than normal!

Carry on...
