Hello,

My dad recently purchased me a ssbrewtech 15 gallon triclad brew kettle as a starting off present... My question is this brewkettle compatible for induction? Is the triclad a ferrite? Also if yes what is the best induction stovetop for a kettle this size? Thank you

Nice looking kettle. As it's stainless clad over aluminum, it should be just fine for induction. Grab a magnet from the fridge and test how well it sticks to the bottom. Solid magnetic stick, solid inductive performance.

the Avantco IC3500 is probably your best bet.
Agreed on the Avantco IC3500 for brewing. I got 2 of them, and they are used for more than brewing.

It's compatible
How do you know that for sure? Are all SSBrewTech's kettles magnetic?

Also if yes what is the best induction stovetop for a kettle this size?
I would be very careful about using it on a (multi-burner) stovetop. Weight can be an issue, among other things.
