So I am a new brewer recently went to brew supply house and purchased ingredients to make a blonde ale. Problem is I can't find the recipe now to brew it on my grainfather. I believe the recipe was an award winning one but cant seem to come up with it. All the grains are milled into one bag unlabelled. The ingredients I can identify are 2 oz of East Kent Golding 4.7% AA,
Ardennes Ale liquid brewing culture
Golden Kandi syrup.
Anyone got an ideas what this recipe would be.

So I managed to get a copy of the ingedients from the store that I purchased, and this is what I have (still don't know the name of the brew though). Would love to know the name of this receipe so I can ensure I am doing the boil, fermentation, hop adds correctly. Any guesses? I loaded the recipe into my Grainfather app. but not sure what values to add.
Fermentables:
Bohemian Pilsner: 9.9lbs
Biscuit Malt: 1.3lbs.
Flaked Rice: 1.1lbs.
Belgian Candi Syrup Liquid-Amber: 1lb. ** I am unsure of the quantity of this to add**
Superior Pilsen Malt: 0.4lbs.
Acidulated Malt: 0.2lbs.
Melano: 0.2lbs.
Munich 1: 0.2lbs.

Hops:
East Kent Goldings : 2 oz

Yeast:
Belgian Ardennes: 1 pkg

Cheers
