How long can an inline filter used for aerating wort be used for? I am getting an air dryer to use add well.

I don't know what you are asking...
Are you saying you use an inline filter like a water filter to aerate your wort?
Are you saying you use an air stone at the end of a wand? How would you hook up a hair dryer?
For what it's worth, I abandoned aeration and went with actual oxygenation using a small tank and sintered metal air stone. That and a good starter of yeast and temperature controlled fermentation.
My suggestion is don't spend one penny on anything less than an oxygen set up. The hair dryer thing is not going to work, and even a fish pump is a waste of time and money in my opinion, but you know what they say about opinions, right?
