10 oz chocolate malt, 8oz crystal 80 , 6 oz kiln coffee malt, 4 oz black patent. 2 oz warrior hops, 2 oz cascade , 10 pounds amber malt extract . Full 60 1oz warrior, L35 1 oz warrior, L25 1/2 oz cascade, L15 1/2 oz cascade, L5 1oz cascade. 11.5 grams safale dry ale yeast. :) enjoy my recipe. :)

Howdy: :D I am looking for a good Extract Porter Recipe. This one looks interesting. What were/are your instructions? How long did you let each hop boil, etc.?

GRAIN
10 oz chocolate malt
8oz crystal 80L
6 oz kiln coffee malt
4 oz black patent
HOP
2 oz warrior hops
2 oz cascade
Full 60 1oz warrior
L35 1 oz warrior
L25 1/2 oz cascade
L15 1/2 oz cascade
L5 1oz cascade
YEAST
11.5 grams safale dry ale yeast.
