Brewing a big RIS this weekend with a friend. 1.1-1.2 gravity range. Ultimately, we are going to put in a 5 gallon bourbon barrel for some aging (3-5 weeks) probably.

At any rate, we are going to do 2 mashes, collecting first runnings off of each. Using second runnings off of each for another beer. Having looked through several popular recipes, this is what we have right now for a grainbill..... Thoughts? Do's/Don'ts?? Suggestions?

Maris Otter = 51%
Munich = 19%
Wheat = 6%
Flaked Barley = 6%
Chocolate = 5%
Midnight Wheat = 5%
Roast Barley = 3%
Caramel 60 = 3%
Special B = 1.5%

Any input would be great. Thanks
