Is it possible, with a great starter, to miss high krausen within first 24hr if not actively looking?
I know my fermentations take off like rockets and I see it in my airlock but I have a jacket around my Fermzilla so I don’t actively zip down my jacket to check. My most rent ferm by 36-48 hours had hardly any krausen foam at all. As if it happened and settled within that time period.
Anyone else experienced this? Check FG now to see if it did it’s job and I’ll shut up but curious.
