I'm still in the beginning period of developing my own recipes so I'm looking for a critique of an Imperial CDA I'm toying with. I'm basing my recipe off of the BJCP Imperial IPA style for everything but color. I've added some dextrose to bring the AVB into the correct range for the style, but I'm considering adding some Dextrine malt for mouthfeel/head retention however I'm not sure that's necessary.
