What is this condensation in my fermenter and is it normal?

I have another fermenter next to it and it's starting to do the same thing... is this a signal that its swamp cooler time? Or just leave them alone?

The condensation forms because the beer is warmer than the top of the carboy due to activity of the yeast. It's a normal thing. I see you have a nice krausen on the beer. When that starts to fall you can let the beer warm up so the yeast do their cleanup of intermediate products. Here's a bit of information on how the yeast do their thing.
