I am on week 3 in a secondary with my Bourbon Barrel Porter and its chilling with the whiskey and oak cubes.

Question: I am lazy so can I condition this beer for the next 3-4 months on c02 in a keg vs. bottling in 22oz bottles?

Will it change anything taste, feel, etc. to the characteristics of the beer?

Your opinions/ thoughts are appreciated, and will help in my overall decision.

Heck yes you can!

Lazy is great in Homebrewing (in my opinion). It's a porter, it's not like you're going to have a problem with losing hops flavor or aroma, at least not a noticeable one. Keg it and forget it, I guarantee it will be fine to so, and if not, send it all to me. (That phrase has yet to work)

My last BBP was 7 months in the keg and more fantastic than the day it carbed.

So my guess is all I need to do is just put enough pressure in the keg to seal the lid. Or should I just carb to serving pressure and forget it til December? Thanks for the insight.

If you have fridge room I'd hook her up and leave the pressure on it. Make sure you purge the O2. No harm in carbing now.
