After taking a 9 year break from brewing beer to raise 8 children (still in the process but I cannot wait anymore), I decided I cannot wait any longer. I am going to be brewing my (2nd) first batch this Saturday. To help get approval I am making a cherry wheat for my wife - she will allow me the time that way. It's a good thing I didn't craigslist all my brew equipment. But I have quite a cleaning to do!
The worst part is I have to wait now, nothing tapped from the last batch.
