I am getting ready to order some switches for my Auber PID project and have a question.
I am looking at this style Switch
http://www.automationdirect.com/adc/Shopping/Catalog/Pushbuttons_-z-_Switches_-z-_Indicators/22mm_Plastic/Selector_Switches_Illuminated_-a-_Non-Illuminated/LED/GCX3251-24L
This is a LED illuminated 24 volt switch. Can I use this to switch the 12 control circuit that connects the PID with the low voltage side of the SSR? Being rated for 24 volts I am wondering if 12 volts will still light up the LED.
Also, where is the best place to get this stuff these days? I really miss the "Old" Radio shack when I do projects like this.
Thanks
Scott
