I plan to ferment my wort as I normally would by hitting terminal gravity and adding gelatine, but instead transferring it to my secondary before pitching WL's Brett Lambicus.

What would be the ideal temperature?

White Lab recommends 85c but someone said a high temp will develop unpleasant flavours?

Yeah I decided to just stick to room temperature which falls down the middle of the recommended ageing temperature for secondary brett beers (60-70f)
