Is there a way to calculate the additional IBUs from hops added at flame out without whirlpooling vs hops added at flame out with whirlpooling vs hops added at 180 degrees with whirlpooling. It seems to me that whirlpooling right at flame out would add more IBUs than just adding hops at flame out. I know there are less IBUs added when whirlpooling at 180 degrees but there must be some.

Is there any software that calculates these differences. I know Beersmith treats all whirpool/flame out additions the same.

No. Use your best guess and see how it works. I add mine at 175, so don't count anything.
