Just ordered some ingredients in bulk and i am struggling on what to make.

*Do you want to use a specific varietal of hops? If so, what kind? I have simcoe, centennial, magnum, citra, summit, cascade, willamette, palisade, Chinook - I would like to make sure the summit and/or willamette is in there. just got em and never used them before.
