So I am getting back into brewing and I am trying to develop 2 recipes. Well it has been over 3 years since I have made a beer and well.....I have forgot some of what I learned 3 years ago.
Basically I am looking to make an IPA the possibly a less hoppy pale. I did keep copious notes on my past brews and all turned out pretty good, especially a Vanilla Stout and a Magic Hat #9 clone.
I am looking to make 2 batches in one day with the help of a friend. I am going to use my old method which is extract w/ specialty grain. My other batch I am wanting to use a Partial Mash. I've never made a recipe for a partial mash before so I am a bit nervous about making one on my own.
Any suggestions?
