But I have only been there once. I would probably live in Gulf Breeze or Navarre if I moved there. Anyone from there have any info for me? I would be working at Whiting Field in Milton but I dont mind a drive to live on the beach. Any info would be awesome

Whether you decide to move or not... know this:

Condos with a gulf view are a dime a dozen.

Sure, you have to deal with the elevator and tourists... but there's also no yard work and it's dirt cheap. When it no longer becomes dirt cheap... a la` dues go up... following value increases.... you sell and put a quarter million in your pocket.

yeah... you get to live on the beach and all utilities included.
