A month ago, I made a pale ale with all galaxy other than a bit of magnum for bittering (recipe attached).
I found the basis for the recipe on morebeer and made a few changes. I used Lutra fermented at 90F, so, of course, it is still not clear, but then again, I'm not really picky about that like some folks. I'm assuming it would clear if left sitting longer, but my beer seldom ever make it past 4 weeks in the bottle. Gonna do this one again and try US-05 next time.
Back to the hops, just what I have been looking for, tons of pine and citrus together, plus there is some else pleasant in there that I can't place. I'm also thinking Galaxy and Citra would likely be an unbeatable combination.
