Wheat IPA

6 lbs Wheat malt
3 lbs Two-row malt
2 lbs Honey Malt
1 lbs Crystal/Caramel 40L
1 lbs Corn Sugar

1 oz Falconers Flight (60 min)
1 oz Falconers Flight (15 min)
1 oz Falconers Flight (10 min)
1 oz Falconers Flight (5 min)

1/4 tbs Irish Moss (15 min)

Californina Ale yeast

Help me understand you choice and combination of ingredients. If your shooting for a wheat IPA I would change that yeast. An IPA is all about hop flavor German banana and clove would throw off the flavor profile.
Ditch the honey malt and c-90. Go for 60/40 pale malt to wheat ratio if you want a dryer finish stay with the corn sugar or you could skip it and mash around 148. Just my opinion. That would be a nice base to start with and you add in the adjuncts as you want and taste how the change the beer. But- if you want to experiment have at it!
