Ok my O.G. Was 1.057 im on day 7 and its now at 1.028-1.029 . My question is should I let it keep going? Cause I didn't use a yeast starter nor did I aright . There is still a lair of bobbles till I get to beer is it still fermenting? Slowly?

Yes, let it keep going. 1.028 seems much too high for an FG, especially with an OG of 1.057. I would imagine you should hit an FG at least as low as 1.020, depending on the recipe.

Though some beers, under ideal conditions, will be completely done in 7 days, most are not. Give it at least another week and see where things are then.

Day 7? You're fine, good on you for taking a hydrometer reading. Check it in another week you'll probably see another drop in SG and then give it a third week and check. Keep at the recommended fermenting temp for the yeast used. Patience will pay off

It seems fine, just leave it in primary. Sounds like it's still got some krausen on it. When initial fermentation is done the bubbling slows down or stops. But it's still slowly fermenting down to FG. So it's not done yet.

I always leave my beers in primary 4 weeks. I take an OG and a FG mostly so I can calculate ABV. Haven't had one fail to finish out yet.
