Hello all. I have been on this sight for a around a year now, but have never done this introduction thing. I have finally got my first all grain brew fermenting. I took a reading and it tasted really good when I drank what came from the hydrometer glass after only a week. I seem to be succeeding at all grain so far thanks to a lot of help from people on this sight answering some of my dumb and not so dumb questions. Hope to be enjoying my first batch of all grain (Pottsville Common) in just a few weeks, but looking great so far.
