Howdy from Tyler, TX

I live in the East Texas Piney Woods, Tyler to be exact. Been goofing off with home brewing about a year. I'm in mostly way over my head, but have managed to finish a few batches along the way.

My son Lil' Sparky got me interested with the quality and taste possible with home brewing.

I have a built a three tier sculpture (with lots of help from my friends)

No, and I'm not sure I even qualify. I'm here working on a PhD right now. Those of you who are indoctrinated with 4 yrs as an undergraduate are a different breed.
