Hour north of Dallas. One month and 2 batches in. Just split up my 2nd kit extract 5 gallon brew into 5 one gallon secondaries...it's Irish Stout and I'm flavoring 3 with coffee (via 3 different methods), one with pecans, one with lavender (if I can find any). Apartment dweller, so hoping to switch to all grain soon via Deathbrewer's BIAB method, since propane burners are a no-no. Cheers!
