Howdy form Denver

I came across this site looking for some pointers on my mead making and was impressed. Nice forum, and great FAQ. The more I read the more ideas I get. Been around brewers since I was little (father and uncle) and am excited that I joined a family tradition. I'm looking forward to the time I can afford larger batches! Right now I mostly do gallons. It should be fun to learn from the pros!

Welcome. I've only done mead by the gallon myself. I'd rather have five different meads than five gallons of the same-o.
